This is a Collectible Pittsburg Originals Inc. Doll. I do not know "dolls" very well, but I believe, from a little research, she is one of "The Land of The Fairies Collection" from Pittsburg Originals Inc. designed by Chris Miller. Manufactured in America in the early 1990's. I got this doll with several others from the estate sale of a former Ballerina. She has been displayed in a display case on a stand. The only tag is the one pictured on her clothing. The 14" doll is beautiful and dressed in what looks like a Ballerina Fairy. I'm sure she has a name, but I don't know it! Pretty doll.
